Computer Repair

The NAGT team have repaired thousands of computers since we opened in 2005.  As such, we have repaired: cables, screens, drives, power jacks, batteries, power supplies, laptop hinges, fans, sound and video cards, networking devices, and in a few rare cases even motherboards.

Repair Process

Our process of repair begins with a complete set of system diagnostics.  We thoroughly test the hardware of your device to check its mechanical functionality.  Once we have determined if “the problem” is hardware (parts) related or software related, we’ll inform you as to “what’s causing the problem” as well as the cost to fix and the time frame involved.

In some cases, the repair cost exceeds the value of the machine.  When this happens we will advise you that you should NOT repair it, and instead we offer some client specific recommendations for selecting a replacement.

Diagnostic Credit

The diagnostic fee will be applied towards the cost of repair.
